So I’m still in the middle of a run of pre-update powerlifting 2 and doing great especially as far as the bench (which has been a weakness for me from the very beginning of my training “career”) goes, so I assume the right move here is to not switch to an update version right now. However, I am planning to run hypertrophy II nex and I’ve been looking at the updated templates in general. I do think the changes look reasonable! The increased volume for arm work seems like an especially reasonable change. In my previous run of PBII i did end up feeling like I could easily have done a lot more of that. I’ll try not to be too specific about the contents of the template
Here’s a question/error report though:
In the updated hypertrophy II template, the last movement for both day 1 and 3 is shown as the shoulder accessory. I assume this is a bug, so I was wondering which one of these is supposed to be the chest accessory?
