I have a fairly big shoulder+neck rehab routine, so I can’t do it straight forward, so I split the routine through out the day, is it wrong ?
I warm up with internal, external etc… before each split
The evidence would suggest that’s just fine.
It would also suggest an individual can do very few rehab exercises and still get the same benefit as more exercises.
The evidence would suggest you could use specific rotator cuff exercise or shoulder blade exercises with similar outcomes.
Training in a modified fashion as suggested by the BBM crew would likely result in a positive outcome too…with far fewer exercises and be less time consuming
about the last line, how to train in this modified fashion ?
From here:
Step 1. Find the entry point
Step 2. Realistic progression and expectation
In the gym it can be playing with a number of variables involving exercise choice, exercise range of motion, tempo, load reduction, training volume, training frequency, higher repetitions vs lower repetition etc, etc.
I agree with what Matthew Rupiper, PT has recommended.
