Adaption change with diet

Hey Everyone,

I have a question regarding adaption/stimulus change in regards to diet. Example, If I run the power-lifting template in a slight deficit and then upon completion run it again in a surplus will my body respond as if its a different adaptation/stimulus even though its the same routine just repeated or is it best to pick a different template.

This is similar to the question you asked in the nutrition forum. It is the same stimulus, so I wouldn’t expect substantially different results outside of potentially more muscle gain.
