Greetings Docs, Alan put out a video yesterday called “Jumping for Lifters” (link: https://youtu.be/yDxPQYEa9hw?si=HlOMLDzidRGoS2AG). Looks like fun. If one were inclined to add this progression into one’s training, what would be an ideal place to put it?
This isn’t something I would program for most people. If someone wanted to do some jump training however, it can go anywhere in the programming. I would strongly advise starting with low volume, low amplitude bounding, and gradually working up over time.
