Power Cleans for Powerlifting

Hi guys, I’ve seen that you have some clips doing Cleans and Power Cleans. I have a Weightlifting background and I was wondering what is the use of this movements for a Powerlifting program, even in the off season which is where it would make the most sense to me to implement them. I like to keep some stimulus from Weightlifting in case I ever go back, but still I don’t want it to detract from my goal right now which is Powerlifting. Thanks!

I don’t think they’re particularly useful for powerlifting.

If you want to do them for fun, or in case you get back into weightlifting, that’s fine, of course.
