If I wanted to start doing the power clean in the powerbuilding 1 template, how would you program that, exchange for a main lift? Which one?
Do you like that exercise or are you neutral towards it?

I wouldn’t program the power clean as it’s not really good for strength (low velocity) or hypertrophy development and time to train is already at a premium.
If you wanted to practice the movement on GPP days, that’s fine.
Yeah I just kinda want to learn it for fun and see how it goes, never done it before, I guess I’ll give it a shot on GPP day, thanks.
