Hey Doc,
I’ll keep it short and simple. I’m pretty young (in high school) so I don’t think recovery is a huge issue for me. We just got a garage gym, though we’re still waiting for plates, so when I can go back to training I’ll start the Beginner Template. I was just wondering if I could do some power cleans during my GPP days since I really enjoyed doing them while running SS. I know you guys aren’t a huge fan of them, but I just wanted to know if it’d be detrimental to recovery progression.
