Hello Barbell Medicine team!.
I have one more week left of the HLM and I have never felt better or stronger. I am a full time faculty physician and dad. I have full home gym. I have no competition goals. Been working with you guys on and off for almost 2 years including one on one coaching. Although I had positive journey all along, the HLM had something magical to it in terms of progress. I had better sessions, tremendous increase in weights and better compliance.
No competition goals, I train to get stronger, look good and live healthy while eating a lot of good food.
What template do you guys recommend to start after HLM given the Labor Day Sale?

Glad to have you here. Given how well you seem to have responded to that particular template, is there any reason you wouldn’t be able to repeat it and/or use it as a “base” to modify based on your individual preferences?
