I am currently completing week 6 of the Endurance Template and am considering starting the HLM template next week rather than doing week 7 of the Endurance template. I was wondering if this is fine or if you would advise against this? Or it does not matter in grand scheme of things?
I really enjoyed the Endurance program and got what I wanted out of it. It did a great job of managing fatigue, improving conditioning, while minimizing strength loss. I have lost 5lbs in 7 weeks, improved my 3 mile time by roughly 3 minutes (24min to 21min), and most of my lifts stayed the same or moved down only 5-10lbs. The reason I wanted to start HLM without finishing week 7 is because I am itching to start adding weight back to the bar and the volume on the lifts in week 6 was pretty low and week 7 is even lower. I realize that starting a week later is not the end all be all and probably a very minor detail in the grand scheme of things but I wanted to know your take.
