Endurance 2/3

Hello Doctors,

I saw on another post that an Endurance 2 template is in the works.

Is there a rough time we can expect it to be published? Or any hints if the Strength portion will be 3-4 day? I’ve currently been using the Medium 3 day template to go with my endurance training, seemed like a good fit that has been working well.

Looking to drop all the new templates, e.g. 2-day, upper lower split, endurance 2, gen s/c 2 + 1 mystery template by Thanksgiving :slight_smile:

I apologize to add to this thread instead of starting a new one, I’m really excited for any new templates (I pretty much have all of them except for the super total one and the titan one). Due to nursing recently, however, I’ve been forced to squeeze training into sessions of 1hr, 3-4 per week. The latest Bodybuilding template 3 day is quite nice for the purpose and also the strongman one is good too (I’ve just been supersetting the movements).
I was curious, is there anything youre releasing that you think is conducive for the time impaired? I’m assuming the 2 day and also the upper/lower is good, but do you think you’re ever going to release perhaps a time crunch + pivot 2.0 or something along those lines?

I’m guessing the Endurance 2 and General S/C won’t focus on 1rm improvment in the form on heavy singles? I’m very intersted in these programs as I’m close to hitting some short term strength goals and have endurance events coming up!

I’d like to maintain/improve my strength while improving my endurance. I own Endurance 1 already, how much volume is there for the cardio work in these new templates compared to Endurance 1?

Obviously, I don’t expect any details but just want to make the correct decision on whoch one to pull the trigger on
