Difference between the old and the new Endurance templates

I bought the 7 weeks Endurance template some time ago.
In the meantime, there is a new Endurance template, which was also last updated with some other templates.
But before I buy the new template, I would like to know if there is a fundamental difference between the two Endurance templates, or why was not also the older 7 weeks template updated?

The new Endurance I template (updated 8.8.21) is 10-weeks long, allows the user to choose their own exercises, includes accessory exercises for injury risk reduction and improved performance, and has completely different programming for conditioning and resistance training.

The older template still has the potential to work well for many folks, but I think the newer one reaches a wider range of people. Rather than change ~ 90% of the old one, I developed a new one. It’s kind of like when do book updates stop start becoming new editions, you know? In any case, the new template is almost completely different. Do you need it? Well, that depends how you’ve been doing on the old one. If you’re kicking ass and taking names with the 7-week one, it’d be hard for me to sell you the new one in good conscious.
