Am I ready for the bridge?

Hi there, first of all thank you guys for all of the information this site is an incredible resource.

Male, 23, 170lbs

First time Ive ever touched a barbell was July 2018, put on twenty pounds since then. wasted time exercising before. Been doing SSLP very seriously, top priority is to get strong never missed a session. All of my lifts besides deadlift are pretty much stalled.

Squat w/ belt 305 3x5
bench 245 5x3
press 165 3x3
deadlift 405 1x5

so Ive read the first three questions and understand it. 8-9 hours of sleep per night, 3200 to 3300 calories a day, 240p,385c, 90f. resting about five mins between sets and i have been failing to add weight to the bar with maximal effort.

So my question, should i deload lifts ten percent and run through sslp another 5 or so weeks or just switch right into the bridge v1.0? Thanks in advance.

Nice work so far, Nolan! We would defintiely suggest you just move on to the Bridge at this point.
