I was watching Podcast Episode 17 and was wondering if I would be considered underweight in this context. I’m 29, male, 6’2", 180 lbs. I’m not sure what I should aim for in terms of weight. I want to get stronger, but I’m not interested in competing at all.
You are underweight given your height, but I know nothing about your body comp, current training, etc. so I can’t comment on what you should do right now.
