To put this short, I am wondering if I should gain or lose weight.
Male: 22
Weight: 78kg (172lbs)
Height: 170cm (5’7)
Waist: 91cm (35,9 Inches) Bodyfat (Around 22% maybe?)
Squat: 180kg
Bench: 115kg
Deadlift: 210kg
I have been training for 5+ years, and my programming and nutrition has been quite the roller coaster. I want to be stronger, that is my goal. However, not at the cost of my health.
