Hello Jordan/Austin,
I just started PB I today and did the overhead press again after several months (~9months) and I seem to have aggravated an existing shoulder injury.
That said, what can I substitute ohp with? I was thinking incline bench while using the same RPE/sets/reps as prescribed for ohp with close grip bench on D3. Or would it be better to have them switched around (i.e. close grip bench on D1 and incline bench on D3)?
