I have very bad left shoulder problems, making overhead pressing very painful. It seems less painful at lower reps and higher weights.
Is there any recommended substitute for these movements in the templates to get the shoulder work needed?

Is there any recommended substitute for these movements in the templates to get the shoulder work needed?
Other things to consider/try:
-Dumbbell presses
-Dumbbell (or barbell) incline bench press (as high of an incline as you can tolerate)
-Landmine press
