Antibiotics for cold

1.I went to the hospital because I had a fever, muscle ache and a headache, and I was prescribed an anti-inflammatory medicine and a fever medicine and antibiotics. I’ve already taken all of them once, but I don’t know why I should take antibiotics. (as far as i know cold does not treated with antibiotics right?) Can I take them without antibiotics?

2.doctor said it’s common cold but i don’t have any symptoms of sore throat or coughing at all. Just fever and muscle ache and headache. It happend on the high stress week of The Bridge. Is it possible that It happend because I failed to managing the training stress?(I have a sleep issue so on the weekdays I usually sleep for 5~6 hours) And is it even a cold?

  1. If you in fact have a viral common cold, antibiotics are not necessary. With that said, we did not see you or diagnose you, so we cannot tell you whether or not to take the medications.

  2. I don’t know.

The most effective way to get rid of hay fever and cold would be to avoid exposure to pollen. However, it is very difficult to avoid pollen, particularly during the summer months when you want to spend more time outdoors. Treatment options for fever and cold include antihistamines like Zyrtec Generic, which can help prevent an allergic reaction from happening and corticosteroids (steroids), which help reduce levels of inflammation and swelling.
