Somewhat related question. A year ago I developed what seemed to be a frontal sinus infection after battling a tough cold (took about 4 weeks to clear up). I had a pretty intense feeling of pressure in that area just by pointing my chin down. Actually squatting was even worse (I lowered the intensity and volume just to get something done). There was no pressure at all when sitting/standing still with my head/neck in a normal position. Would you change your recommendation at all about training in a circumstance like that?
