Training while sick?

I’m currently doing the powerbuilding 2 program, and just started week 5 today. But for the past week and a half I’ve been dealing with a cold. I don’t feel terrible most of the time but when I start exerting myself I get very nauseous and just feel much weaker in general. Is it best to just follow the program and maintain the prescribed RPE even if it’s with a significantly lighter load than usual, or to do a “pivot” week with less taxing exercises and restart the program when this thing passes?
