Sick before PL comp Programming help

Hello ,
I’m Swedish so please forgive me if i misspelling.
so I’m 40 years old and in to power lifting.

my stats are
weight 238 lb
SQ 440 @9
BP 308 @9
DL 528 @9

im been doing the strength 1 template and had some success with it I’m on week 12 now of the 13 weeks.

but here’s the problem , yesterday I got sick with sore throat and a minor fever and haven’t trained at all this week.
I hope to go back in the gym this Thursday or Friday.
what to do then ? How do I program these last days before the comp?

Sorry to hear that you’ve recently come down with an illness. I think if you’re up to training I would do the following:

Day 1- Squat w belt, Competition Bench, Accessory Bench
Day 2- Deadlift w/ belt, accessory bench, accessory squat

I would try and do those sometime between Thursday and Saturday. I would do week 13 as programmed. Hope you’re feeling better!

squat 210
bench 132.5 (140 missed)
deads 250
