I bought Strength and Conditioning and started this past Monday, had a great workout and my estimated RPE’s were pretty accurate, maybe low balled it to be safe…
Anyways, was scheduled to do Wednesday session and caught mother load of all colds from my daughter. I was gonna still lift but had fever and felt like crap, finally feeling better today. Should I just wait till Monday and restart from day one, maybe lowering poundages to account for 2 days barely eating?
Alternatively, should I pick up from where I left off and do 2nd lifting day tomorrow and then 3rd day on Monday and pretend it’s weekend and start week 2 on Thursday until it catches up again?
