Any risk training with pinched nerve ?

Before I start let me just say that I obviously don’t know for sure that what I have is a pinched nerve. It’s in my neck close to my spine the pain runs through both of them , with it I have a partial range of motion without pain. Sometimes the pain goes through my arm to my hands. I’ve had
the exact same thing happen maybe 8 months ago, I historically have neck issues. If I don’t go to the massage therapist once a month I start having migraines that begin with neck pain. Anyway I’m just enquiring if you think any potential issues might arise from training through it. I’ve taken a few days off because of the holidays , pain is still there though not as bad , don’t Really wanna take anymore days off.
