Appetite, Anaerobic Vs Aerobic

A quick Google indicated that there is evidence that different types of activity can influence appetite differently. I have found on the GPP days of The Bridge that my appetite is considerably increased. Larger meals and limited satiety. I’m not a food driven person. Normally, my problem is getting enough food (especially protein). The increased appetite is gone by the next day. Anyone else experiencing this?

I don’t personally, but it’s not unusual.
