Arm work

Hi guys,

I ran v1 of hypertrophy followed by v1 of 12 week strength and am planning on starting v2 of hypertrophy next week

For the arm work , should I pick up with the volume prescribed at the end of the hypertrophy v1 template or start over and reduce the volume back to what week 1 of v2prescribes ? My thought would be to keep driving volume up but thanks for the advice

You can continue with the volume you have been doing or slightly increase it.
