I just finished the hypertrophy template and achieved pretty good results, especially on my arms. I’ve signed up for your online group training and have two weeks till it starts. I thought about going back and just running the first two weeks of the bridge or rerunning the hypertrophy block until the online group starts. Both templates call for 3 sets of curls and tri extensions for the first two weeks. Should I give my arms a “rest” and dial back the sets to 3, stay at 5, or dial up the arm volume even more to 6 sets for the next two weeks?
