I have completed the SSLP before, gonna do it again and gain some weight and strength back. I’m currently training jiu-jitsu 4-6 hours a week and it’s a higher priority to me than lifting, so I’m not expecting this LP to run too long before I have to switch to intermediate programming. Current lifting schedule is Friday, Sunday, Tuesday.

I was sick and the night before I got caught with a hard armbar in jiu jitsu and it hurt to straighten my arm. Decided training wasn’t happening.

Not even sure what I did but I tweaked my right shoulder yesterday. Went to bench today and felt a sharp pain even with the empty bar.
