Assistance picking attempts for a meet

Hi BBM Team,

I signed up for a PL meet January 6th and would like some help picking attempts.

During the pandemic shut down I ballooned up to almost 290 pounds. In January 2021 I had a mock meet in my basement and hit 455/275/485 SBD.

Right now I am 242 pounds, and my best gym lifts in the last month are 430/290/501 SBD at RPE 8.5-9 all on different days. I can reliably hit 400/275/450 at RPE 7-8.

Currently in week 8 of Strength I.

My goal is to tie or slightly beat my 2021 mock meet numbers. Was thinking the following for meet attempts (or as close as I can get in KG):

Squat 400, 430, 455
Bench 275, 290, 300
Deadlift 465, 485, 505

What are your thoughts?

I don’t think your attempts look bad at all. I’d probably make a few tweaks here and there to make some of the jumps more manageable. I’ve also converted the numbers to kilos for mutual benefit.

SQ: 185/195/205-207.5 on the third

BP: 125/132.5/137.5-140 on the third

DL: 212.5/222.5/230-235 on the third
