Squat +40kg (+55 estimated) - 140 to 180(RPE8) (195 E1RM)
Press +11.5kg (+14 estimated) - 60 to 71.5(RPE9) (74 E1RM)
Bench +25kg (+30 estimated) - 90 to 115(RPE9) (120 E1RM)
Deadlift +25kg (+42 estimated) - 190 to 205(RPE8) (222 E1RM)
Age: 35. Height: 189cm. Weight: 102kg. Waist: 37”
Training history: 18 months. 4 months fucking around with a PT, 4 months SSNLP, more fucking around, The Bridge 1.0 x2, Powerbuilding 1.
Still far away from being properly strong, but I’m proud of that progress. Let’s see where we’re at this time next year!
