Asymmetric Elbow Position during Squats

Hello Drs.

I have a wee bit of OCD regarding my elbows during the squat. One of them is more jacked up than the other (I noticed this in Dr Feigenbaum’s IG post today too). When I try to keep them even, then I lose some upper back tightness. I haven’t had any performance/pain issues so far. Can I continue?
