Elbow Pain while LB Squating.

I know you guys have discussed this ad nauseum but it was never an issue with me before so it went in one ear and out the other. Now with the start of the bridge, it has become very problematic.Would someone direct me to a resource on how to prevent elbow pain while LB Squatting?
