At Home Template - Minimal Equipment: Rest Periods?

Dear Dr. Feigenbaum,

I noticed in the At Home Template - Minimal Equipment that the rest periods for the primary and secondary movements on Day 1 are 2~3 minutes, while the primary and secondary movements on Day 2 and Day 3 are 3~5 minutes. How long would you recommend I rest on the exercises?

I noticed a pattern that in almost all tertiary movements in your templates, the rest periods are 2~3 minutes, while the primary and secondary movements are usually 3~5 minutes. Does this pattern apply here as well?

TMI: Currently, I have resorted to buying a 50kg dumbbell and performing goblet squats / one-handed-deadlifts for my lower body, as gyms are under lockdown here in Seoul, South Korea.

I think 2-5 min is a good general rest period recommendation and would stick to that :slight_smile: Hope you can get your hands on some gear ASAP!
