I’d been working on the beginner template before the station at home order took effect. I switched to the At Home template and have been working through week 1, but I’m really missing the flow of the beginner. I was thinking of getting one of the numerous band based equipments (I’ve been seeing IG ads for gorrilla bow, 3x bar, and a few other similar options) so I could replicate the beginner program rather than the At Home Program. Does anyone have thoughts on those equipment options, as well as advice as to whether to get one of them and go back to beginner or use it to do more intense at home work?
I probably wouldn’t recommend that. A barbell however, would be a different story. You could also pick up some dumbbells if you want.
