I’ve been dealing with what feels like a strain in my right lower back, right above the glute and very near the hip. Depending on how I move, sometimes it feels like the pain is sort of shooting up my right side. Anyway…I’m in week 4 of the 3 day Hypertrophy template and I’m having difficulty doing any form of deadlifting, loading the hips in LBBS, and even staying bent over for rows. Would you recommend completely dumping the hypertrophy template in favor of the low back rehab template or should I just sort of incorporate the two by subbing the squat and deadlift programming from the rehab template into the hypertrophy template?
