I’m slowly working my way through your podcast backlog, currently at episode #222 and I was curious if there have been any recent BBM changes in opinion based on the latest studies, or BBM “Patch Notes” in a sense.
Have you altered any health suggestions in the past year or so? I know you no longer place amino acids in your supplement, but what about multivitamins? I know a little while ago these types of news stories were going around: More evidence suggests a multivitamin may help slow memory loss
Also I haven’t seen an update on your book progress in a bit, is that project on hold at the moment?
