A couple quick items for reference. 1. I workout in my home gym. Rack, barbells, platform, etc. 2. I’m super cheap so I workout barefoot. Are there any medical reasons I shouldn’t be training exclusively barefoot? I ran the entire 12 week press template barefoot after my lifting shoes finally gave out. Starting to feel a bit of an ache in my heels.
There are no medical concerns I would be have here other than the risk of dropping a plate on your foot.
