High Bar back substitute for Bb phase 3? I have heavy adjustable dumbbells (me again) and a bench. Looking for something unilateral that still accomplishes the goals of the default. Was thinking Bulgarian SS or Reverse lunge. I don’t have enough long term experience with either to determine which is best suited for the goals first slot.
And as a secondary question, do you think dumbbell front racked squats are a good bilateral quad exercise once the legs are already fatigued from leg exercises 1 and? Or, just another unilateral?
