Zercher squat as 3rd squat variation in Beginner Template?

Would this be suitable? I have access to a barbell, rack, bench, and dumbbells. I would do split squats but can’t seem to balance properly.

I would prefer to do some sort of unilateral work. Could you do step-ups with dumbbells or try split squats with DB’s instead of a barbell? Lunges would also work.

I tried a few variations and reverse lunges with dumbbells seem to work best for me balance-wise. Thanks Jordan.
