BB II Block II Superset Question

BBM Team,

I am on my last week of BB Block I, getting ready to start Block II. Block II utilizes supersets for each day; two exercises targeting antagonistic muscles performed back to back. I am trying to figure out a set up that will allow me to superset exercises in a popular global gym during busy times. So far I have come up with this: Day 1 Lunges or Step Ups superset with dumbbell RDLs; Day 2 Lat Pull Downs or Pull Ups superset with Paused Deficit Push Ups; Day 3 Single Leg DB RDL superset with Leg Extensions; Day 4 Bench Press superset w/ Bent Over DB Rows.

Alternatively, do you see a big difference if I ran the program without superseding the third and fourth exercises? Finally, which is a better scenario running the program without superseding the exercises vs. supersetting the exercises some weeks and not others (when the gym is extremely busy).

I think the superset stuff adds a useful wrinkle into the training via added metabolic stress. I would just do them when you can and, when you can’t do them, take short rest periods (1 min) to create your own version of a superset.
