Hi all,
I’m doing BB2 3-Day atm, currently at week 4. For convenience I decided to do RDLs instead of Hip Thrust for the second slot - so I’m doing HB squat, RDL, Leg Press, Step Ups and Calf Raises.
I know it’s all subjective, but is there a good way to gauge whether this might be too much for my current training level?
I ask because I’m pretty sure it’s a tougher session than anything I’ve done before.
Some info:
- I previously did all 3 phases of Beginner template, then PB1 Gen 2 3-Day
- I’ve been able to add more reps/weight on everything each week
- During the session I’m pretty winded with occasional slight nausea, but feel able to complete the workout
- My legs were sore for 2-3 days after last week’s lower day, nothing crippling but a bit ouchy when tying my shoelaces kinda thing
