For bb2, are we supposed to start with the 3 day routine then do phase 1, then phase 2 then phase 3?

Bodybuilding 2 has a 3-day version for those who either prefer lifting on 3-days per week or are otherwise limited on days they can train.
The 4-day version is a fine place to start otherwise.
