I’ve been running the three day version of the BB II template for a while now and been getting good results with it, although gains are starting to stall a little bit. I plan on rerunning it some more, as I’ve been enjoying the training and it fits my schedule well.
Since the three day version doesn’t have different phases like the four day version, do you think that it would make sense, when running it multiple times, to perhaps modify it to mirror some of the additions of the four day versions, such as different rep ranges/higher intensities, supersets and partial ROM failure sets?
