Three day Bodybuidling Template and wider rep/RPE ranges

Hi Jordan,

  1. You posted on Instagram some time ago that you’re working on a new bodybuidling template. Is there any chance we might ever see a three day version of BBMs take on a bodybuilding program? I really liked that the Low Fatigue template comes with three and four day versions of the respective programs, would be neat to have a three day BB option for busier people who are looking take a break from the big three.

  2. The mic’ed up workouts that you’ve posted recently had you doing a fixed number of sets but with greater ranges for reps and RPE instead of fixed ones (i.e. four sets of 8-12 @RIR 1-4). Might this kind of programming find its way into a BBM template?
