Template recomondation

Hi doctors, and happy holidays!

I just had some questions regarding witch BB template to buy. I would like to try one of the BB templates, but I was wondering if I should go for I or II.

Right now I’m running the medium fatigue 3 day variant, as i’m heading for regionals. I really enjoy it! This fits me much better than Strength I did last year: less akes and pain, and I feel more motivated.

Last time I took a brake from powerlifting, i ran Hypertophy I and Powerbuilding I (1. gen). I experienced good progress, but I would like a break from all the SBD and maby do shorter more intence training sessions. So this time I would like to mix it up, and run something that i can do in the powerlifting gym, my garage gym and in the living room.

Experience has shown that I can do 3 days and and all the GPP, or 4days with 1 day GPP. Do you think BB I or II is the best fit?

Bw: 95kg
S: 232.5kg
B: 145kg
D: 270kg (Nationals 2023)
7years+ lifting experience

Good to hear from you and happy holidays to you as well. I’d pick the Bodybuilding II template, 3-day version in this case. If you find that you have more time/desire to train more, you can bump up to the 4-day version that is also included. I’d probably do SSB squat, low incline bench, and RDL’s for the main squat, push, and hinge pattern.
