I’m interested in starting with the 3-day version of the Bodybuilding II template, but I’m curious about where it would fit in terms of a bodybuilding template progression. Would you recommend 3-day BBII, then BBI, followed by the 4-day BBII? Or would BBI be a regression from 3-day BBII?
I would run it after BB I (any block), before the 4-day BB II blocks, or in between strength blocks to switch it up based on preferences.
