I had a couple of questions on the Bodybuilding 2 template, the version I’m looking at is March 2024 which should be the most recent.
- In the ebook instructions, the 3 day version is called “Bodybuilding II 3-day”, and the excel sheet itself is called “Bodybuilding II Block I 3-Day”. To clarify, is the 3-day template meant to be used as an alternative version of just the 4-day Block I template, and then one would go onto Block II/III, or is the 3-day template completely separate from the Block I/II/III templates? Sorry if this is unclear, just unsure about its intended usage.
- In the BBII 3-day sheet, it looks like the GPP exercises don’t get updated according to the exercise selection sheet, unless I’m missing something?
