How would you recommend a time constrained beginner train?Generally speaking, the only time I can wholeheartedly commit to the gym is 2-3 consecutive days per week depending on the week. Obviously far from ideal, but at the same time, no aspirations of being a competitive lifter. Just want to become a healthier, leaner, stronger version of myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated on this! Thanks in advance.
