Beginner Prescription/Template - which Press movement and volume is correct?

Hi Team,

I’ve been running the free Beginner Prescription on the app for a few weeks which programs Bench at sets of 8 and 10 and Press at sets of 4. I’ve just purchased the Beginner Template and see that the programming is the other way around - Bench at sets of 4 and Press at sets of 8 and 10. I’m assuming the latter is correct and I should switch over.

Does anyone know which would work best for the goals of this program?

I came to here to ask the same question. Since the app is new I didn’t know if it’s an error or if I should change over. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
