Running the Beginner program again (currently on Week 7 of Block 1) and I’ve stalled on the Overhead Press. Squats and Deads have felt good and I can’t see them stalling for another week or two (or more?), and I was curious what to do with my press in the meantime. Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere

I would either move onto the next phase if running the Beginner Template or another program if running the Beginner Prescription. If your DL and SQ are still going up, they’re likely to keep going up on the next program provided it is similarly designed.
