I am currently doing the beginner template and on week 4.7 with my third time going around for it happening next Monday. My current numbers are this:
Backsquat: 225
Bench Press: 150
Trap bar deadlift: 300
Overhead Press: 100.
I noticed that I have been progressing faster on my deadlifts and pretty well on my squats too. Deadlift and squat still feel like I can progress in them with no problems. The overhead press feels like I got maybe 1-2 more jumps left with my bench the lift in question. I am not sure if I am truly being stalled at 150 or need to reevaluate my form on the lift. If that is so then should I move to phase 2?
Once you stop progressing on any of the main lifts, I would just move onto the next phase of training., I don’t think your technique is holding you back from months of continued progress, though it will likely improve as you become more and more trained.
And your referring to the bench press on this correct?
All of the priority lifts, but I don’t think your bench press is specifically stalled right now either.
