Hi,
I just bought your Beginner Template Program and finished reading the PDF as well as watching your video. I was surprised to see that in the excel sheet, the overhead press (starting week 1) is programmed in for 2 out of the 3 days with the bench only programmed in once per week. I was wondering if this was a mistake as in the video narrated by Dr. Feigenbaum, it shows his template with bench programmed in twice a week. While I enjoy both movements, I’m more interested in the bench press and was hoping I could change it?
Furthermore I’ve also read the To Be A Beast article and have a question about my nutrition, can I ask it here or should I post it in the nutrition section?
